Project Overview

Exhibitsmax delivered a 20×20 booth for MORSE Watchmans at ISC West 2023 in Las Vegas. The project brought electronic key-control products into a 400-square-foot space with room for visitor conversations.

Client Goals

Demonstrate electronic key-control products and explain security applications while retaining space for conversations.

Design & Layout Solution

Product towers paired key-management units with monitors. A central blue graphic wall and green accents created a consistent brand setting. White tables and stools sat between the presentation structures. The overhead sign identified the booth from a distance, while the tower arrangement kept the physical products at an approachable scale. This 2023 installation is presented separately from MORSE Watchmans’ 2024 project.

Production & Installation at Venetian Expo

Exhibitsmax supported the project with booth design, 3D visualization, fabrication and graphic production, followed by transportation and show-site installation. The project scope also included rental elements, storage, dismantling and pre-show assembly. Custom-fabricated components and rental elements were coordinated within the same exhibit scope.

For a layout of this kind, the production review needs to address cabinet mounting, monitor placement, tower alignment and access around the meeting furniture. Packing and exhibit transportation must connect with venue receiving and the installation and dismantling sequence.
