Screen stations, demonstration counters and space for presenters and visitors. Plan power, network access, cable routes and audience clearance alongside the exhibit layout.
Rental components combined with selected custom features for reception, seating, meeting areas and concealed storage. Furniture and enclosure choices depend on the footprint, privacy needs and current show requirements.
The assigned floor plan determines access. Compare inline rentals, corner booth rentals, peninsula layouts and island rental designs. For the construction approach, explore modular exhibits or custom and hybrid booths; for digital presentation, see booths with LED video walls.
Choose the footprint around your products, demonstrations and meeting needs. Each size page combines rental planning with real project references; it does not guarantee a particular configuration is in stock.

Prepared rental components can be delivered and installed for U.S. exhibitions under the agreed project scope. Our exhibit transportation team coordinates carrier freight and return arrangements with receiving dates, while installation and dismantling support connects the booth build with the actual move-in and move-out schedule.

The final configuration depends on component availability, budget, the assigned floor plan and current show requirements.
It can be included in an agreed turnkey scope. Confirm the assembly and removal tasks, crew, equipment, work windows and any overtime provisions in your proposal. Venue electrical work, rigging, material handling and other designated-contractor services may require separate orders and payment.
Often yes, subject to component availability, booth-size changes and each event’s requirements. Plan the show calendar, graphic reuse and selected custom elements in advance. Confirm which components return after each event, which assets you retain and whether interim storage is needed.
The total depends on the footprint, structure, graphics, displays, furniture, lighting, AV, freight, labor and show location. Compare the complete project scope. Material handling, electrical, internet, rigging and official-contractor charges may be separate; size alone does not establish a fixed rental price.
