Planning Questions

Trade Show Booth Services FAQs

What services are included in a turnkey trade show booth project?

A turnkey scope can coordinate design, fabrication or rental, graphics, freight, installation, dismantling and post-show handling. The proposal should clearly identify included, optional and third-party venue services.

Should we rent or purchase a trade show booth?

Rental can suit one-time events or changing booth sizes, while ownership may support a stable multi-show program. A hybrid approach can combine reusable rental structure with custom brand elements.

How early should we start planning the exhibit?

Many custom projects benefit from starting three to six months before the show. Large islands, technical exhibits, international freight or complex venue approvals should begin earlier.

Can Exhibitsmax support shows outside Las Vegas?

Yes. Our Las Vegas team supports projects in major U.S. exhibition cities by coordinating production, freight, venue requirements and local show-site execution.

Are freight, drayage and venue services automatically included?

No. Freight, venue material handling, electrical, rigging, internet and other official services should be identified separately unless the approved proposal explicitly includes them.

What information is needed to prepare a booth estimate?

Send the show name, venue, dates, booth dimensions and configuration, functional requirements, brand assets, target budget and decision deadline. The exhibitor manual is also helpful when available.
