Project Overview
This 10x20 trade show booth for GREE Canada was created for AHR Expo 2022 in Las Vegas. The exhibit was designed to present the company’s energy-efficient heat pump solutions within a compact footprint while maintaining strong brand visibility, clear product communication, and a comfortable space for customer conversations.
The booth used GREE Canada’s recognizable blue-and-white color palette throughout the structure, illuminated graphics, reception counter, product displays, and seating area. A tall branded feature wall increased visibility from the exhibition aisle, while environmental graphics highlighted the benefits of efficient heat pump technology and reduced carbon emissions. A centrally positioned monitor provided space for videos, technical presentations, and product demonstrations.
One of the client’s main requirements was to showcase both the physical HVAC equipment and the broader environmental value of its products. A full-size outdoor heat pump unit was displayed near the booth entrance, allowing visitors to inspect the product without blocking access to the meeting area. Supporting wall graphics organized information about multi-zone, retrofit, and central system applications, helping attendees quickly identify solutions relevant to their projects.
Because the booth measured only 10x20 feet, the layout needed to balance product display, branding, storage, and visitor engagement. High-top tables and stools created several informal meeting points without making the exhibit feel crowded. The integrated counter offered concealed storage and a practical work surface for booth staff, while LED lighting improved the visibility of the graphics and reinforced the clean, modern appearance.
