Dry-fit or assemble the agreed sections to review component fit, graphic alignment and installation access before shipping.
Use this scope guide when reviewing a fabrication proposal. The listed services are possible parts of a project, not automatic inclusions.
| Item | May Be Included | Confirm Before Quoting |
|---|---|---|
| Technical Review | Review of approved production drawings, dimensions and connection details. | Required drawing development, structural engineering, approvals and responsible specialists. |
| Custom Millwork | Specified wood structures, counters, shelves and display fixtures. | Material grades, dimensions, surface finishes, hardware and reuse needs. |
| Metal Fabrication | Specified metal frames, brackets and connections. | Structural specifications, loads, connection design and any engineering requirements. |
| Graphics & Finishing | Agreed printing, painting, laminates and graphic integration. | Artwork, proofs, revisions, reprints and finish approvals. |
| Pre-Show Assembly | Agreed dry-fitting, component checks and quality review. | Which sections are assembled, which functions are tested and how the review is documented. |
| Packing & Delivery | Protective packing, component labels, inventory and freight coordination. | Crates, shipment details, freight charges, delivery arrangements and show-site material handling. |
| Installation Support | Agreed installation and dismantling work or coordination. | Crew scope, overtime, designated trades and separately ordered venue services. |
The written proposal defines included work, deliverables and exclusions. Freight, drayage, electrical, rigging, internet and other venue or show services must be identified separately; they are included only where expressly agreed.
CNC-cut panels, counters, shelving, display fixtures and custom wood structures are prepared around the approved dimensions and assembly details.
Metal frameworks and custom components support the specified structure and connections. Material, joint and load requirements are reviewed through the appropriate technical process.
Printed panels, large-format graphics, SEG fabric systems and lightboxes are coordinated with frame dimensions, graphic fit and the approved artwork.
Laminates, paint, edge finishes, lighting and AV provisions are coordinated with the component build. Finish samples and integration details are confirmed before production.

We fabricate components for compact inline exhibits, larger peninsula and island booths, and custom double deck exhibit structures. Booth size, open sides, height, structural requirements and reuse goals shape the production approach.
Eight connected stages, with production milestones, component labeling and installation handoff planned around your approved scope.
Review approved drawings, dimensions and connections; identify engineering or venue approvals and agree on production milestones and decision dates.
Confirm materials, finishes and hardware against budget, durability and reuse goals. Consider component sizes, replaceable graphics and packing needs.
Manufacture specified components through woodworking, metal fabrication, CNC machining and assembly, using the approved production information.
Produce agreed graphics after artwork and proofs are approved, and coordinate panel fit, SEG fabric, lightboxes and specified lighting or AV provisions.
Review relevant dimensions, finishes, joints, graphic alignment and hardware. Record outstanding adjustments against the approved specifications.
Dry-fit or assemble the agreed sections to check connections, access and fit. Confirm the test extent and any physical or remote review before packing.
Protect and label components, prepare the packing list and inventory, and organize hardware and crates around the intended installation sequence.
Hand off component labels, assembly information and outstanding requirements to the agreed freight and installation plan. Confirm responsibilities and separately ordered show services.
Balance brand appearance with durability, cleaning, edge protection and how visible surfaces will perform during transport and repeated use.
Curves, cantilevers, unusual geometry and overhead features can change engineering, fabrication methods, connection details and approval needs.
Heavier is not always better. Component weight and packed dimensions affect handling, crate planning, exhibit freight planning and event material-handling costs.
Component sizes, labeling, repeatable connections and access to hardware influence installation sequence and on-site labor.
A one-show feature and a multi-event exhibit may call for different materials, modular connections, replaceable graphics and storage protection.
Material availability, procurement, finish processes, graphic approval and technical decisions must fit the production schedule and agreed budget.
These production photographs show dry-fitting and component review. The agreed check may cover connections, graphic alignment, finishes, hardware and lighting or AV provisions. Confirm the test extent and any physical or remote review during planning; outstanding adjustments are recorded before packing.

The factory images above show our Las Vegas production operation. Each project below has its own recorded fabrication, graphic production and pre-show assembly scope.

Door demonstration frames and product pedestals were coordinated with white structures and red graphics. The recorded scope includes fabrication, graphic production and pre-show assembly within a custom and rental exhibit project.

Wood-look structures, shelving and separate brand graphics connected several retail display zones. The confirmed scope includes fabrication, graphic production and pre-show assembly; the wood-look appearance does not specify the underlying material.
View Fabrication Case Study →Once fabrication and pre-show quality checks are complete, our team can coordinate packing, transportation, installation and dismantling for U.S. trade shows under the agreed scope. Our CMS project illustrates this production-to-venue handoff; see the confirmed scope on our Nashville exhibit delivery and installation page.
For Southern California delivery, our Las Vegas fabrication to Los Angeles installation process shows workshop preparation, protective packing and a completed LACC exhibit. Production takes place in Las Vegas.

The schedule depends on approved drawings, booth size, materials, finishes, procurement, artwork readiness and the pre-build scope. Share your move-in date and approval deadline so production milestones can be reviewed. We confirm the schedule after assessing the requirements; there is no single lead time for every booth.
Yes. Send the approved concept, dimensioned drawings, material specifications and relevant show requirements for review. We assess buildability, connections, component sizes and missing details before confirming scope. A rendering alone may not contain enough production information; technical development or engineering may be required.
Depending on the approved specification, fabrication can combine wood-based panels and millwork, metal frames, laminates, painted finishes, printed rigid or fabric graphics, SEG systems and integrated lighting. We review appearance, durability, weight, installation access and reuse needs before confirming materials.
Pre-show assembly or dry-fitting is planned around the exhibit and agreed scope. Checks may cover component fit, graphics alignment, finishes, hardware and lighting or AV provisions. Confirm which sections will be assembled and tested, and any in-person or remote review. A full test build is not assumed for every project.
Yes, when reuse is planned into the fabrication approach. Share future show dates and booth footprints so component sizes, durable finishes, replaceable graphics, connection methods, packing and storage can be considered. Suitability still depends on component condition and each event's layout and requirements.
Exhibitsmax can coordinate packing, transportation, installation and dismantling under the agreed project scope. The proposal identifies included work and the handoff to carriers and show-site teams. Material handling, electrical, rigging, designated trades and other venue services may require separate orders and charges.
Fabrication turns an approved plan into physical components. Our trade show booth design service covers layout and brand planning, while trade show booth rental covers reusable structures and rental configurations. These services can be combined under a defined project scope.
Share your approved design, booth dimensions, show schedule, material requirements and reuse goals. Our production team can review the scope and identify the next steps for fabrication and pre-show preparation.
