NACS 2021 20×20 Booth for ZIG·ZAG in Chicago

This 20x20 trade show booth for ZIG·ZAG at NACS 2021 in Chicago was designed to create a distinctive retail-inspired environment that combined strong brand visibility, product merchandising, and comfortable business interaction within a compact 400-square-foot exhibit space. The client needed a booth that could represent multiple product lines while maintaining a cohesive visual identity and remaining open and accessible to attendees from the surrounding aisles.

The design used warm wood-grain finishes as the primary architectural element, giving the booth a natural, premium appearance that contrasted effectively with the brighter branded graphics. A large yellow ZIG·ZAG panel and an oversized product-shaped graphic created immediate visual recognition from the show floor. Integrated shelving provided dedicated space for product presentation while keeping the display organized and easy for visitors to browse.

A separate Stoker’s branded feature wall introduced a rustic wood treatment and prominent illuminated branding, while the bold red FRĒ display area created another highly visible brand zone. By giving each product line its own visual territory, the booth allowed multiple brands to stand out without making the overall exhibit feel disconnected. A central seating area with a round table and chairs provided a practical space for conversations, product discussions, and meetings with buyers and industry partners.

For this NACS 2021 booth project in Chicago, functionality was just as important as visual impact. The layout maintained open circulation between the branded sections, merchandising areas, and meeting space, helping booth staff engage visitors without creating unnecessary congestion. Strategic lighting highlighted graphics, logos, and product displays while strengthening the overall presentation.
