DevLearn 2023 10×20 Booth for Easygenerator in Las Vegas

Project Overview
Exhibitsmax delivered Easygenerator’s 10×20 exhibit for DevLearn 2023 at The Mirage Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas. The 200-square-foot booth combined screen-based software demonstrations, branded messaging and conversation areas, supported by production, pre-show assembly and on-site installation.
Client Goals
Easygenerator needed to introduce its e-learning and course creation platform through live demonstrations. The brief called for multiple presentation points and space for conversations within a compact footprint. Visitors needed a clear place to start, then room to move from an introduction to a more detailed software discussion.
Design & Layout Solution
The booth design used orange graphic walls and white partitions to define the presentation areas. Wall-mounted monitors and narrow demonstration shelves provided focused places for screen-based conversations. A branded reception counter created an arrival point, while stools supported seated discussions without requiring large meeting tables.
Messages including “Knowledge sharing made easy” and “All-in-one tool for course creation” connected the wall graphics to the demonstrations. Openings between the white panels gave visitors access to the different stations. The gallery pairs a 3D concept with two installed-booth photographs, showing both the planned arrangement and its execution on the show floor.
Production & Installation at The Mirage
Exhibitsmax provided custom fabrication, graphic production, lighting integration and installation coordination. The scope combined custom-fabricated exhibit components with rental services, rather than treating rental and custom fabrication as mutually exclusive options.
Pre-show assembly brought the wall structures, monitor positions, demonstration shelves and reception counter together before venue setup. Coordinated transportation carried the prepared exhibit to The Mirage for DevLearn 2023, followed by installation, dismantling and storage as part of the confirmed project scope.

Completed Result
The completed booth brought several software presentation points and a recognizable reception area into 200 square feet. The site photographs show orange-and-white graphic walls, installed monitors, slim shelves and stools working together in the compact layout. The result is a documented reference for balancing demonstrations and visitor conversations in a small exhibit.
