Printing United 2023 20×40 Booth for Ultimate in Atlanta

Exhibitsmax delivered Ultimate’s 20×40 booth for PRINTING United 2023 at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta, combining printing equipment displays with software demonstration and meeting areas.

Client Goals

The space had to accommodate large equipment, software demonstrations, customer education, and business conversations. The goal was to let visitors move from seeing a production application to discussing the software and workflow behind it.

Design & Layout Solution

The 20×40 layout organized equipment displays, demonstration stations, and meeting areas into distinct but connected zones. A large cutting equipment display served as the technical focal point, while monitor stations, counters, and a presentation wall supported software explanations and lead capture. Seating and workstation areas provided places for printers, production managers, and partners to discuss their requirements.

An overhead hanging sign made the exhibit identifiable across the hall. White, orange, black, and wood-tone finishes connected the physical booth to Ultimate's brand, while graphics introduced Impostrip, BestCut, Bindery, and automation-driven workflow solutions. The visual hierarchy brought visitors from the overhead brand sign to the equipment and then to more detailed product information.

Our 3D visualization and concept design work helped organize these elements within the footprint. The plan balanced equipment access with visitor circulation so demonstration areas and customer seating could function together.

Production & Installation at GWCC

As a trade show booth builder in Atlanta, Exhibitsmax coordinated this project from pre-show production through delivery and on-site execution at the Georgia World Congress Center. The project combined custom-fabricated components with rental elements. Its scope included graphic production, transportation, storage, hanging-sign coordination, and installation and dismantling support.

Pre-show production and graphics: The design was translated into exhibit components through custom booth fabrication, with graphic production coordinated around the presentation wall, counters, and branded display areas. Equipment placement planning connected the large demonstration footprint with monitor stations, work areas, and visitor routes.

Freight and venue delivery: Exhibitsmax coordinated transportation and delivery to the GWCC as part of the project. The equipment layout and exhibit components had to be considered together in the installation plan, keeping access to the demonstration area in view as the booth took shape.

Hanging sign and on-site installation: The overhead sign added a separate coordination task alongside the floor-level exhibit. Our team coordinated the hanging sign and on-site I&D, connecting equipment placement, booth assembly, graphics, and demonstration areas into one execution plan. This was a project coordination role; rigging arrangements for any future event must follow its current show manual, venue approvals, and official contractor requirements.

Dismantling and storage: The project scope also included dismantling and storage services. These activities extended the work beyond the visible show-floor installation and formed part of the overall trade show project management scope.

Completed Result

The completed booth gave Ultimate an organized environment for presenting equipment and software together at PRINTING United 2023. Its hanging sign established visibility, the equipment display anchored the technical story, and the demonstration and meeting areas supported customer education and business discussions within the 20×40 footprint.
