This Printing United 2023 20x40 Booth for Ultimate in Atlanta was designed to create a professional, technology-focused exhibit space for presenting Ultimate’s print automation and finishing workflow solutions. The client needed a 20x40 trade show booth that could showcase equipment, communicate software capabilities, and provide an efficient environment for product demonstrations, customer education, and business conversations during Printing United 2023 in Atlanta.
The booth used a clean white, orange, black, and wood-tone visual system to match Ultimate’s modern technology brand identity. A large overhead hanging sign helped increase visibility from across the show floor, making the booth easy to identify in a busy exhibition hall. Key brand messages such as Impostrip, BestCut, Bindery, and automation-driven workflow solutions were presented through large graphics, helping visitors quickly understand the company’s core software and production technology offerings.
Within the 20x40 layout, the booth was organized around both equipment demonstration and visitor interaction. The large cutting equipment display created a strong technical focal point, allowing attendees to see real production applications and ask detailed workflow questions. The presentation wall, monitor stations, and counter areas supported software demos, product explanations, lead capture, and sales discussions. Seating and workstation areas gave the team practical spaces to meet with printers, production managers, and industry partners.
The overall design balanced open traffic flow with clear product zones, helping visitors move naturally between the equipment area, demo stations, and brand presentation sections.
