The booth used a bright white structure with blue and gold brand graphics to create a clean and approachable visual identity. The large backwall highlighted the message “Software that fits the way YOU do business,” helping visitors quickly understand the brand’s positioning. Side towers were used to display software features, industry applications, and product benefits, creating multiple information points for attendees walking past the booth.
Within the 20x20 layout, the booth was arranged to support both quick engagement and deeper business discussions. The front reception counter created a clear welcome point for visitor check-in, brochures, and initial conversations. High-top tables and stools provided casual meeting areas for software demos, workflow discussions, and lead qualification. The open floor plan made the booth easy to enter from multiple directions, while the balanced use of graphics and seating kept the space organized and comfortable.
