Project Overview

Exhibitsmax delivered a 20×20 booth for FLEXSTAR at MJBizCon 2023 in Las Vegas. The project brought equipment presentation into a 400-square-foot space with room for visitor conversations.

Client Goals

Present equipment and product information while maintaining areas for visitor conversations in a 20×20 exhibit.

Design & Layout Solution

The gallery shows MATRIX branding on the overhead sign above black display features. Angled equipment presentations, vertical structures and a dark marble-look finish created separate points of interest. Small round tables and chairs occupied the space between those features.

Production & Installation at Las Vegas Convention Center

Exhibitsmax supported the project with booth design, 3D visualization, fabrication and graphic production, followed by transportation and show-site installation. The project scope also included rental elements, storage, dismantling and pre-show assembly. Custom-fabricated components and rental elements were coordinated within the same exhibit scope.
