Project Overview

Exhibitsmax delivered a 20×20 booth for RCY at TISE 2024 in Las Vegas. The project brought flooring samples into a 400-square-foot space with room for visitor conversations.

Client Goals

Help flooring buyers compare surfaces and discuss product options in a 20×20 exhibit.

Design & Layout Solution

Tall sample panels and a central graphic structure presented flooring vertically, making the materials visible without covering the central visitor area. Blue branding and a circular hanging sign connected the different surfaces. A reception counter and small meeting table provided conversation points. The layout emphasized close inspection of samples while leaving routes between the display panels.

Production & Installation at Mandalay Bay Convention Center

Exhibitsmax supported the project with booth design, 3D visualization, fabrication and graphic production, followed by transportation and show-site installation. The project scope also included rental elements, storage, dismantling and pre-show assembly. Custom-fabricated components and rental elements were coordinated within the same exhibit scope.
