Project Overview

Exhibitsmax delivered a 20×20 booth for Dantal at WasteExpo 2025 in Las Vegas. The project brought hydraulic-product information into a 400-square-foot space with room for visitor conversations.

Client Goals

Present hydraulic products and applications while giving technical visitors space to review information and meet the team.

Hydraulic Components, Digital Content and Technical Discussions

A blue slatted structure rose beside the monitor and continued overhead, giving the 20×20 exhibit a recognizable outline. White-and-blue graphic walls presented hydraulic products and application imagery, with Dantal Hydraulics and Hydraulics of Texas names visible on the display surfaces.

Physical components sat on a low display base beneath the monitor, placing product viewing and digital information together. An illuminated reception counter and nearby literature rack created a separate welcome point. White tables and chairs occupied the interior, leaving the product displays along the edges rather than filling the center with equipment.

Production & Installation at Las Vegas Convention Center

Exhibitsmax supported the project with booth design, 3D visualization, fabrication and graphic production, followed by transportation and show-site installation. The project scope also included rental elements, storage, dismantling and pre-show assembly. Custom-fabricated components and rental elements were coordinated within the same exhibit scope.

For a layout of this kind, the production review needs to address product-display positions, blue frame alignment, monitor integration and access around meeting furniture. Packing and exhibit transportation must connect with venue receiving and the installation and dismantling sequence. These are planning considerations for a similar project; specific show services depend on the event requirements.

Completed Result

The completed WasteExpo booth combined hydraulic-product information, digital presentation and seated discussions within a recognizable blue-and-white structure.

20x20 Booth Planning FAQs

How does this 20×20 booth organize hydraulic-product information?

A blue overhead frame and white graphic walls organized the 20×20 exhibit. Dantal Hydraulics and Hydraulics of Texas branding connected the different presentation surfaces. Wall graphics introduced product applications, while a monitor added a digital explanation point. Branded counters, brochure storage and white meeting furniture occupied the open floor. Product components were positioned near the display structures rather than across the central visitor route.

What should be reviewed before producing a booth like Dantal’s?

Review product-display positions, blue frame alignment, monitor integration and access around meeting furniture. Use scaled plans and 3D views to compare the display, furniture and visitor positions before production. A pre-show assembly can reveal fit or access issues before the components are packed. For a future event, confirm the assigned floor plan and current exhibitor manual; a past project does not establish the rules for a new show.

Can a 20×20 exhibit combine technical displays and seating?

This project is a useful reference because the completed WasteExpo booth combined hydraulic-product information, digital presentation and seated discussions within a recognizable blue-and-white structure. Start by prioritizing the products or information visitors need to see, then reserve the space required for conversations and staff access. Use actual furniture and product dimensions rather than treating every open area in a rendering as usable space. Share your show, floor plan and functional requirements with Exhibitsmax to develop a layout for your event.
