Project Overview

Exhibitsmax delivered a 10×20 booth for Tecknoweld Alloys at MINExpo 2024 in Las Vegas. The project brought wear-protection applications into a 200-square-foot space with room for visitor conversations.

Client Goals

Explain wear-protection products and industrial applications through a compact, information-focused exhibit.

Technical Product Panels and Compact Meeting Space

White Tecknoweld Alloys headers framed a sequence of dark technical panels across the back and sides. Product photographs, application examples and specification tables gave each panel a distinct role. A freestanding monitor at the left added a separate presentation point beside the printed information.

A wide counter with two branded front panels faced the aisle, while a round table and white chairs occupied the right-hand side. This arrangement kept reception and seated technical discussions together within the 200-square-foot footprint.

Production & Installation at Las Vegas Convention Center

The services recorded for this project are custom booth fabrication, graphic printing, and installation and dismantling. The finished exhibit photographs show the assembled panel framework, printed graphics and furniture layout at Las Vegas Convention Center.

For a layout of this kind, the production review needs to address frame connections, technical panel order, header alignment and access around tables and counters. Packing and exhibit transportation must connect with venue receiving and the installation and dismantling sequence. These are planning considerations for a similar project; specific show services depend on the event requirements.

Completed Result

The completed 10×20 exhibit combined organized industrial information with practical discussion space in a modular structure.

Planning a Similar Exhibit

Planning a compact industrial exhibit? Identify the product lines and applications visitors need to compare, then select the graphics and technical data for each panel. Share any sample dimensions and weights, screen requirements, meeting needs, show dates and target budget so the layout can be developed around the information that matters most.

10x20 Booth Planning FAQs

How does this 10×20 booth organize wear-protection applications?

A reusable frame system supported dark technical panels beneath white Tecknoweld Alloys headers. The backwall grouped product lines and applications so staff could discuss them in sequence. Front counters supplied welcome and literature points. Tables and chairs provided space for technical conversations. The project is recorded as both modular and peninsula: modular describes the structural system, while peninsula describes the open-side configuration.

What should be reviewed before producing a booth like Tecknoweld Alloys’s?

Review frame connections, technical panel order, header alignment and access around tables and counters. Use scaled plans and 3D views to compare the display, furniture and visitor positions before production. A pre-show assembly can reveal fit or access issues before the components are packed. For a future event, confirm the assigned floor plan and current exhibitor manual; a past project does not establish the rules for a new show.

Can a 10×20 exhibit combine technical panels and conversations?

This project is a useful reference because the completed 10×20 exhibit combined organized industrial information with practical discussion space in a modular structure. Start by prioritizing the products or information visitors need to see, then reserve the space required for conversations and staff access. Use actual furniture and product dimensions rather than treating every open area in a rendering as usable space. Share your show, floor plan and functional requirements with Exhibitsmax to develop a layout for your event.
