Project Overview
Exhibitsmax delivered a 10×10 corner booth for Metalliic Auto Liners at AAPEX 2023 at The Venetian Expo in Las Vegas. The 100-square-foot exhibit combined automotive sample displays, a monitor and compact meeting seating with production and on-site support.
Client Goals
Metalliic needed to display automotive liner samples, explain its manufacturing capabilities and provide a place for buyer discussions. The challenge was to fit physical samples, printed information and seating into a small corner footprint while keeping access from the aisle practical.
Design & Layout Solution
The 10×10 corner booth design placed the main graphic wall and a run of low cabinets at the rear. Samples could sit on the cabinet tops, with the graphic panels above providing manufacturing and application context. A wall-mounted monitor added presentation space without requiring a separate floor-standing screen.
A branded front counter provided another sample display and reception point. The compact round table and chairs sat between the counter and rear cabinetry, while a brochure stand kept printed information close to the visitor approach. White structures, orange accents and blue flooring connected these elements visually.
The gallery shows one 3D concept and two installed-booth photographs. The site views document the final sample placement, meeting seating and illuminated counter base, rather than relying on the design rendering alone to show the completed work.
Production & Installation at The Venetian Expo
Exhibitsmax provided custom fabrication, graphic production, display planning and installation coordination. The confirmed project scope combined custom-fabricated components with rental services, along with pre-show assembly before delivery.
Our team also provided transportation, on-site installation and dismantling, and storage. Together, these services connected exhibit preparation with delivery to The Venetian Expo, show-floor setup and post-show handling. The installed photographs show the cabinet run, sample counter, graphic wall, monitor and furniture assembled within the 10×10 footprint.
Completed Result
The completed booth accommodated physical sample displays and a small seated discussion area within 100 square feet. Rear cabinetry and the wall-mounted monitor concentrated presentation functions along the perimeter, while the front counter created an additional display point. These visible details provide a practical reference for compact automotive exhibits.
