NPE 2024 30×30 Booth for STEER in Orlando

Exhibitsmax delivered a 30×30 booth for STEER at NPE 2024 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando. The 900-square-foot exhibit brought industrial equipment, intelligent compounding technologies and application information into one blue-and-white environment, with a circular hanging sign, a central presentation tower and several places for visitor conversations.

Client Goals

STEER needed to explain technical solutions while giving visitors a clear view of its equipment and application capabilities. The space had to accommodate product education, digital presentations, reception and meetings without allowing large exhibits or furniture to dominate the visitor routes. Technical graphics needed to be readable as visitors moved between the equipment and discussion areas.

Design & Layout: Equipment, Applications and Meetings

The 30×30 booth layout used a central tower and circular overhead branding to establish a recognizable visual focus. A monitor integrated into the tower supported digital content, while separate graphic panels introduced applications including battery separators and EPZ products. The blue floor tied these elements together and defined the exhibit footprint.

Equipment occupied a dedicated display area, with reception, meeting tables and lounge seating distributed around the remaining space. This island booth configuration allowed visitors to approach from several directions. Rather than enclosing the technical content behind a continuous wall, the design used individual panels and open circulation routes. This separated three ways of engaging with the exhibit: viewing the equipment, reviewing application graphics or screen content, and discussing requirements at a table. The central tower provided a common visual reference without making every conversation take place beside the machinery.

Our 3D visualization process helped review the central structure, graphic surfaces, furniture and equipment placement together. The gallery includes an elevated design rendering followed by completed booth photographs, so readers can compare the planned environment with its show-floor execution.

Production & Installation in Orlando

Exhibitsmax supported the project through booth design, custom fabrication, rental components, graphic production and project management. Before shipment, pre-show assembly provided a checkpoint for the booth components, graphic fit and planned layout. Equipment placement and the sequence of booth assembly were considered together so the large display could be integrated with the surrounding structures and visitor areas.

Our Las Vegas team coordinated exhibit transportation and installation and dismantling for the Orlando project. The scope also included storage and return handling. This connected production, packing and delivery with the practical requirements of building and clearing the booth at the Orange County Convention Center.

Completed Result

The completed exhibit gave STEER distinct settings for equipment viewing, technical explanations and business discussions within a consistent branded space. The overhead sign and central tower supported recognition, while the application panels and open meeting areas helped visitors move from an initial introduction to a more detailed conversation.
