The booth used a bright white structure with orange, pink, and warm wood accents to reflect UltimateTech’s modern and energetic brand identity. A large overhead hanging sign created strong visibility from across the show floor, helping visitors quickly locate the booth in a busy exhibition hall. The bold “Automation in overdrive” message and UltimateTech branding reinforced the company’s focus on reliable workflow automation, finishing technology, and production efficiency.
The center of the booth was planned around a featured equipment display, allowing visitors to view the machine from multiple angles and understand its role in the print production workflow. Large wall graphics introduced key solutions such as Impostrip, Bindery, and BestCut, helping the sales team explain product benefits in a clear and visual way. A wall-mounted monitor provided space for software demos, videos, or workflow presentations, while the front reception counter created a practical touchpoint for visitor check-in, brochures, and quick discussions.
