SEMA 2023 50×50 Booth for UPPF in Las Vegas
A 50x50 automotive exhibit for UPPF at SEMA 2023, combining vehicle displays, an LED video wall, film sample structures and meeting space at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
Project Overview
UPPF's exhibit at SEMA 2023 brought vehicle displays, paint protection film samples, digital content and meeting space together in a 50x50 booth at the Las Vegas Convention Center. The 2,500-square-foot footprint accommodated both vehicle-scale presentation and close-up material review. Exhibitsmax developed the design and coordinated the exhibit through production, pre-show preparation and on-site installation.
Client Goals
UPPF needed room to present automotive film applications at full vehicle scale while also letting visitors examine material samples and speak with the team. The brief called for several activities within the same footprint: vehicle viewing, sample comparison, screen-based presentations and conversations with distributors and installers.
Design & Layout: Vehicles, Film Samples and Meetings
The booth design used a central black structure to separate the vehicle-facing presentation area from meeting space on the opposite side. A large LED video wall faced the cars, providing a digital backdrop without introducing another floor-standing display. A rectangular black-and-orange hanging sign identified the exhibit above the surrounding fixtures.
Angled, illuminated sample structures framed the front display area. Their horizontal sample rows gave visitors a closer view of materials alongside the vehicle-scale applications. The completed front view shows three cars positioned across the display zone, with counters near the aisle approaches. On the opposite side, a white reception counter, tables and chairs supported conversations away from the main vehicle display. The layout worked at two viewing scales: cars provided the full-size automotive context, while the nearby sample rows offered a focused material reference. Meeting furniture on the opposite side gave longer conversations their own setting without occupying the vehicle display zone. Production & Installation at the Las Vegas Convention Center
Exhibitsmax provided 3D visualization, custom fabrication, graphic production, lighting integration and project management. The confirmed scope also included LED video wall rental, booth rental elements, pre-show assembly, transportation, installation and dismantling, storage, and hanging-sign coordination. Custom-fabricated components and rental elements were coordinated within the same project.
Pre-show assembly connected the approved design with the physical components before transportation and on-site installation. The project then continued through dismantling and storage after the event. For a future vehicle exhibit, our Las Vegas custom exhibit and rental team coordinates the layout, delivery sequence and service responsibilities with the current show requirements. Hanging-sign coordination is distinct from performing rigging, which must follow the arrangements approved for that event.
Completed Result
The completed exhibit combined full-size vehicle displays and a large digital presentation with smaller-scale sample viewing and separate meeting space. The gallery documents both the proposed 3D design and the installed booth, including the illuminated sample structures, vehicle-facing LED wall and meeting side of the central structure.
